[Renaliste] AVK et dialyse

Bonjour, j'aimerais bien connaître votre avis sur les AVK chez le dialysé âgé. En général ils sont prescrits pour une cardiopathie en AC/FA.

En 20 ans je n'ai pas vu un seul acccident embolique chez un dialysé, mais une longue liste d'accidents des AVK.

Peut-être y a-t-il des publications ?

Ma politique est de ne pas utiliser ces médicaments au-delà de 80 ans, sauf dans quelques rares cas.

Je considère que les patients sont anticoagulés tous les deux jours, et qu'un antiagrégant suffit.
