Ainsi la réponse d'un de mes amis  US:

>I used aliskiren in some cases as antihipertensive and as antiproteinuric,
it was as good as or worse than ACEi ou angiotensin receptor >blocker in
both functions, nothing more. In one case it was suspect of "causing renal
failure", but loss of funcntion  was not >transitory, so this drug was
probably not implicated.
