Chers collègues

Quel (s) bilan(s) et faut il proposer un traitement enzymatique substitutif
chez une jeune femme de 22 ans chez qui le diagnostic de Mie de Fabry a 
été posé sur:
Lésions type angiokératomes typique (fesse droite) et mutation  du gène de l'alpha-galactosidase.
Pas d'ATCD familial connu (mais l'étude génétique n'est pas faite)
Pas d'acroparesthésies du tout.
Bilan ophtalmo, cardio en cours.

Merci de vos remarques , propositions.
