Non, surtout pas ! La reprise d'incision pour extériorisation doit être de
l'ordre de 2 cm pas plus. En quelques jours les tissus se rétractent autour
du cathéter et un point serait un point d'appel infectieux.

Nouvelle question du débutant en DP : Lors de l'extériorisation du KT,
l'incision faite est relativement large par rapport au KT. Faut-il alors
mettre des points de rapprochement ?
