<p class="MsoNormal">C’est avec beaucoup de tristesse que je dois vous annoncer le décès, hier soir, de Bengt Rippe. Bengt avait élaboré la théorie des trois pores il y a plus de 30 ans, sur base de simulations informatiques, pour expliciter les transports
d’eau et de solutés en dialyse péritonéale ; théorie qui a pu être validée beaucoup plus tard avec la découverte des aquaporines. On se souvient de son excellente présentation en français sur le sujet lors d’un symposium récent du RDPLF. Bengt était aussi
quelqu’un d’attentif, charmant et toujours disponible pour répondre aux diverses sollicitations.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">C’est une grande perte pour la communauté néphrologique ;<o:p></o:p></p>
