Amis,







Nous avons une patiente qui développe une forme modérée de calciphylaxie, authentifiée histologiquement.



Elle a une ACFA paroxystique avec indication formelle de décoagulation (était initialement sous AVK).



Outre les mesures thérapeutiques habituelles de la calciphylaxie, j'ai la notion que les AVK sont contre-indiqués, tout comme les injections d'héparine sous touytes ses formes.



Nous discutons deux hypothèses : Soit recours temporaire à un AOD (type Eliquis,.... hors AMM), soit pas d'anticoagulants du tout jusqu'à reprise des AVK une fois les lésions cutanées guéries.



La contre-indication concerne-t-elle toute forme de décoagulation orale (quelle que soit la molécule) ou uniquement les AVK ?
